Going Well: The information shared during the session. The introduction to the new tools/apps. The feature that helps with tough conversations is awesome.
Not Going Well: Nothing major, i would just say the meeting invite to attend did not provide background information on what the meeting was about so i initially felt a little lost.

I think the meeting went well. When explaining what it actually does, find out what the sups do throughout the day for Vantive first, then focus on those to show for examples so they understand it a little better. Those things include: giving metrics feedback good and bad, attendance conversations, development conversations - when a rep does not know what they want to be developed on, conversations on when an agent takes longer on lunches or breaks - away from computer longer, call avoidance issues to discuss. That is really all I have for the first meeting. See you next time! :)
